In case of breakage within a shipment, please call us immediately at toll free 1-888-449-4459 or email us at info@missingpieces.com to report any details. All orders MUST be opened and inspected within 48 hours of delivery. Take photos of the box and breakage. If possible, we will replace the broken pieces or offer a refund.

- Refunds will be made if items are returned to us with 14 days in the condition they were sent.
- Any breakage must be reported upon arrival of goods.
- A re-stocking fee of 20% can be charged IF no error is made on our part. Shipping & handling charges are NOT refundable and return freight is at the expense of the buyer. The original shipping charges are refundable if an error was made on our part.
